Done is a claim. Excellent checks the work itself: the code, the build, the record or the page the work changed.
The agent never checks its own work. The checker is someone who never claimed the task, outside the agent’s execution boundary.
Failures go back with the evidence. A returned result carries the unmet check, the observed and the expected result, and the next action.
Nothing is quietly passed. What couldn’t be checked is labelled Not checked, and each accepted result leaves a signed receipt.

Three documents in the client portal, before billing starts: a mutual non-disclosure agreement, the services agreement and a liability limitation acknowledgment. They are written to be read, and you are welcome to have your own counsel review them.
About eight hours a week of hands-on time, roughly a day a week, scheduled with you and spent on the priorities you set. It is a stated commitment, not unlimited access: anything beyond it is $275 an hour, and we only bill for extra hours you agreed to in writing first. The software licence is included at no extra charge, whether or not you ever hire us.
No. The first month's fee is due at signing, billing is monthly from there, and you can cancel at any time from your client portal. It takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no deposit, no minimum term, and no termination fee.
From teams. Team features are in early access, and Deployment (hands-on setup, custom checks, evidence integrations, policy review and training with our team) is a paid engagement starting at $10,000/month.
