Done is a claim, not proof. How Excellent weighs evidence from Git, tests, CI and people, and why a model's judgment can never carry a pass.
Excellent treats an agent's "done" message as a claim.
Evidence can come from Git, tests, browser checks, CI, APIs, databases, deployments, another model, or a person. It is not all worth the same: evidence carries a type, an admission source, an independence classification, a mutability and a freshness, and those together decide what it can establish.
Two consequences worth knowing up front. A model's judgment can move a verdict down or send it to a person, but it can never carry a pass. And an account the producer wrote of what it changed is a claim, not evidence — only an independent observation of the change can establish anything.
